Danssak (단짝) is the Korean word for a best friend — the one who's always beside you. It's also the name of the small company we started together: one planner who can't stop making itineraries, one illustrator who can't stop drawing maps, married, and living in Busan.
Every guide here started as a message to a real friend planning a real trip. We just started writing them down properly: honest routes, metro directions, what's worth it and what isn't. Suhyun draws the maps and illustrations; Daewoo plans the routes and does the research; we both eat everything.
